How much do rental linens cost?
Pricing is determined by the size and pattern of each linen or accessory. Our very basic linens start as low as $7 and work their way up.

How do I place an order?

Contact us via email or by phone to place an order. We will mail, email or fax you a Rental Agreement with the selections listed for your approval. To secure the date of your event, we ask that you return the signed Rental Agreement along with a $100 for the chair cover rentals or 20% deposit of the specialty linen order.

What is your cancellation policy for chair covers and specialty linens?
Cancellations should be made 60 days before the event date for all rentals. There will be no return in deposits cancelled less than 60 days. Cancellations after that time may incur a 50% restocking fee if the order has already been prepared. Cancellations on day of the event will be charged full rental rate.

What is your change policy?
Reasonable changes to your order, both additions and reductions, should be made at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. We will try our best to accommodate your needs. Changs occuring less than one week or on day of event will be charged $50 or more.

What is your policy for linens that are returned late?
In the event that the rental property is not returned on the date specified, customer will be charged at cost price thereof of the rental for every day that it is late, and shall be due and payable upon billing in addition to the rental charge. If rental is late past 7 days, rental rate will double.

What is your policy for linens that are damaged?
In the event that the rental property is in damaged condition, customer will be charged at cost price thereof of the rental and shall be due and payable upon billing in addition to the rental charge. Conditions that typically hinder further usage include burn marks, candle wax, holes and mildew. The fees are typically equal to three (3) times the rental price of each tablecloth. Skirting is billed at four (4) times the rental price. Chair covers are billed at $25 each, and sashes start at $10 each.

What are your payment policies?
A deposit of $100 is required for chair cover rentals and 20% for the rental of specialty linens to reserve date of the event. A 50% balance is due 1 month prior to the event date and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. In the event that balance is not paid, Enchanted Impressions has the right to void the rental agreement and the deposit will not be returned. If payment is not paid by date of event, there will be a 15% late charge for less than 30 days and 30% for greater than 30 days past due.

Do your chair covers fit most banquet chairs?

Our chair covers will fit most standard ballroom chairs. We will test our chair cover to ensure that it will fit the chair at your event location.

Do you provide delivery, set up and break down?

Free delivery, set-up and break down is included in the price of the chair cover rental within San Diego city limits with a minimum order of 100 chair covers. If an order is less than this or is not within San Diego city limits, there will be a charge of 25% of your final invoice. Charge for specialty linen delivery is based on the size of your order and travel time. Charge for set-up is approximately 15% of your final invoice depending upon linen selection and set up requirements.

What are the color of your sashes and what kind of fabric are they?
Shimmering Organza: Ivory, Lavendar, Gold, Periwinkle, Dusty Rose, Dark Burgundy, Black, Sage, Light Blue, Red, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, White, Peach, Raspberry, Silver, and Pink
Silk Chiffon: Black, Café Latte, Dusty Rose, Sage, Sunset Orange, Aqua Lilac, Lilac
Tissue Lame: Gold and Silver

Can I get damask or satin covers?
Yes, however they are more expensive because they are considered a specialty order.

I don’t like the color of sashes that you offer, do you offer more colors?
Yes, specialty orders will cost you more to get the color you want. The sashes normally run about $2 each for specialty orders.

How do I know what size linen for the table?
Tables are available in standard sizes from most rental companies as well as at most catering facilities. You have several choices to make when considering table sizes. Please contact us so we can ensure that you will get the linen length you desire.
